BRENDA TAYLOR

Brenda Taylor is a qualified MAPmovement Therapist. She started her movement career in 1993 when she completed her professional aerobics instructors training and went on to train in step, kickboxing, and pilates. In 1999 Brenda studied as a deep tissue massage therapist. Thereafter she started her training as a MAPmovement instructor incorporating all her training and techniques in the various modalities that she has studied over the years. Her interests also lie in nutrition and how it affects us long term; as well as Breathing Functionality to reset the Autonomic Nervous System because stress can put you at increased risk of a variety of physical and mental problems.
